Meet The Cathy Brent Team! Cathy is a local girl who grew up and attended schools in the Bay Area, including Bishop O'Dowd High School. Cathy has been married to Paul Brent for 36+ years. They have 3 grown children. Their son Chris, graduated from St Mary's College, is also in Real Estate as a Mortgage Lender with Stone Castle Financial,  and is the proud father of his first child, Caden. He has been successful in the industry for over 10 years. Daughter Jessica graduated from UCLA in 2000, and joined her mom's Team at Prudential in 2004. Jesse is fluent in Spanish and managed an internet call center for 4 years prior to joining the "Cathy Brent Team." When she isn't closing deals with Prudential, Jesse is also busy being mom to Cathy's other two grandsons, Max and Hudson Madigan. Daughter Kelly  graduated from UC Santa Barbara in June of 2005 and is currently working in ad sales for Sports Illustrated Magazine.  Cathy and Paul live in Alamo with their Jack Russell Terrier, LuLu, but are still very involved in both the Alameda and Contra Costa county communities.   Cathy also welcomed a great member to the team in 2002. Kathi Townsend is a well-loved and familiar face among Castro Valley locals and has been active in the community for many years.
